Your Booking
When making a reservation with Bryncoed Guest House, the contract for your stay is with us at Bryncoed Guest House, Dark Lane, Rhayader, Powys, LD6 5DA.
The Price You Pay
Unless otherwise stated, we quote all prices and rates displayed in British Pound (£)
Bookings are taken at the price that is the current rate and subject to availability
The full price for each stay is to be settled in full before departure by cash, or on account by prior arrangement. Payment in full by cheque is acceptable but must be received 7 working days before the day that the booking commences.
Deposits
We cannot normally refund deposits unless special arrangements have been made.
Deposits can be paid with cheques as long as they are cleared before the booking commences.
Cancellations/Amendments
If for some reason we have to change or cancel your reservation. We reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can do anay or a combination of the following.
a) Accept the changed arrangements
b) Make an alternative arrangement with us
c) Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid
If you find you have to cancel, the following applies
If booking cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
The owners of Bryncoed Guest House reserve the right to pre-authorise the card details given.
Vehicle Parking
We have a car park on the drive to the house and free car parking roadside outside the house .However, any vehicles left in the car park are at the customer's own risk. We can't guarantee a space for your vehicle. Please leave your registration number with us when you check in.
